Norwegian courses for adult immigrants
Oslo Voksenopplæring has courses at many levels in Norwegian for adult immigrants. There are Norwegian courses both early in the day, in the middle of the day and in the evening - at several schools in Oslo. The courses are both for those who receive free courses and for those who pay for the courses.
Oslo Voksenopplæring is approved as provider of this tuition for those who must meet the requirements for lessons in Norwegian language and Society when applying for a permanent residence permit.

The courses follow the curricula in Norwegian for adult immigrants, which are regulations (forskrifter) to the Integration Act. These curricula now also apply to participants to whom the Introduction Act applies. It is new that there is a separate curriculum in Norwegian for training at level C 1. The curricula can be found here:
Temporary laws due to covid-19
There are temporary laws on adaptations in the Introduction Act and the Integration Act to remedy the consequences of outbreaks of covid-19. Oslo Voksenopplæring follows up on all participants / applicants who have the right and duty to free traing and who are covered by these laws.
